Using the service

You must provide accurate account information and are responsible for activity under your account. You agree to use Desk 24/7 in compliance with applicable laws and with Meta’s WhatsApp Business policies.

Your content

You retain ownership of the content and customer data you bring to the platform. You grant us the rights necessary to operate the service on your behalf.

Plans & billing

Paid plans are billed according to the pricing in effect when you subscribe. WhatsApp messaging charges from Meta, where applicable, are separate from your Desk 24/7 subscription.

Availability

We work to keep Desk 24/7 available and reliable, but the service is provided “as is” without warranties. We may update or modify features over time.

Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or applicable policies.
